I don't think she can do that. If it's proven that the baby is yours you have all the rights and responsibilities a father has over his children. So no, she can't legally do that. You can fight for the kid but try to talk to her and try to come to good terms because I suppose you don't want your child's life to be a living hell.
Good luck!

She does not hold all the cards, So the Word for you to know is DNA, if she is having your child you can take her to court after the baby is born and request for a DNA Test and once the results are back and the result is in your favor petition the court for visitation rights and of course make child support arrangements thru the court, Never sign over your parental rights always fight for your right to be a father. Best of Luck to you...........

If a paternity test proves that you are the real father then you should go to court and demand visitation rights. If she moves out of state she, by law, will have to travel to bring the child to see you. What she is doing is not right "If" it is your child.

Dad's only get parental responsibility if they are married to the mother or they go to register the birth with the mother.
Try and do that.
If not you will have to apply to the courts.

You can get a DNA test to prove it, if she does deny you rights.

If it is your child, you can go to domestic relations, and file a petition for the rights to see your child.

unfortunately she holds all the cards here, as she can declare what she likes and you cannot insist on a dna test. although your intentions are honourable, it would be better to stop having unprotected sex with people you dont know very well.
