Obama has a very positive message and is pretty successful at avoiding rolling around in the mud and spewing the vitriol so ubiquitous among Hillary and her ilk. That's a plus.
I don't care if a candidate is going to be the first "woman" president... or the first "African American" president... or the first "Eskimo" president. I mostly care that the candidate will be the most effective leader pushing the soundest policies.
Unfortunately, that excludes both of the individuals you mentioned.

Obama on Larry King tonight .Very impressive. Not the first I've seen of him,But first time in a interview. This guys a natural. He's very intelligent, articulate, charming, confident, motivated and seems to be, even with all these qualities a no nonsense guy with great leadership skills. His candidency kinda reminds me of JFK and everyone said that the country wouldn't vote for a catholic. It doesn't hurt that he has a beautiful as well as intelligent wife. This may be what this country needs at this time.Kind of like when we needed a guy like Reagan after Carter. As far as experience just listen to the guy he has enough.Besides that's why you have aides.G.W. had to be informed of plenty when he was elected.I think we all need to take a good look at this guy and give him some thoughtful consideration.Maybe this country is not ready for a black president.Maybe it never will be,but it would be foolish to overlook this guys potential. As far as Hillary not becoming our next president,I would NOT take that bet.Anyway thats my opinion. But I could be wrong.

The only possible team would be Obama and Edwards.
Hillary is played out. I am sick of seeing her age right in front of my face. It makes me think Cat Daddy Bill Clinton is at it again with his immoral extra curriculum activities. That would make a woman turn gray and old very very fast.
Cat Daddy and Hillary needs some counseling and we don't have time to wait for them to work it out. We have a Nation to rebuild. Two things can't occupy the same space at the same time and out Nation is FIRST in rebuilding, Cat Daddy will never seek the help he needs and I don't think those young Hot Babe Interns deserve the very nasty looks he'll give them during the 4 years and Hillary can't hire all men to her staff. That will cause lots of gossip and create lots of distraction.
Say NO to Cat Daddy Bill and his wife.
Just say NO!

My opinion is that an African American or female president would be fine. An empty suit president would be bad. A sociopath president president could be catastrophic.

I am not convinced of either candidate's ability...
Obama is a charismatic figure but has very little experience in government.......
Hillary is too packaged for me, she doesn't feel right. The people in the 60's would characterize her as being "plastic"...She is too plastic....

I don't agree with Obama's views and I don't have a reason for Hilary other than me thinking that she wouldn't get enough support. I'd vote for Hilary before i'd vote for Obama though.

IF you hate freedom, and want a Communist Nation, they would be great for you.
But, you could move to North Korea and have the same thing, without destroying the USA.
