Hmmmm.......to be good in bed. When a person is "good in bed" it simply means that they know what they're doing and how to please their partner. They know what strokes to use and when and how to use them. They make sure no place is left unsatisfied. That's pretty much what is considered to be good in bed. Don't you agree?

For a guy to be good in bed, he has to constantly keep up a tight fitness regimen of continuous masturbation to keep the blood vessels in the penis dilated. This ensures that you can have longer, thicker and morethrobbingly lasting erections.
I usually work on 200 pushups at 6 am every morning for missionary positions and work on my thighs, ab work, hip rotation and the treadmill for the doggy style positions.
Whenever I find the time, I also like to repeatedly hit my penis against some hard object, such as a concrete wall or your car door. The purpose of this is for your penis to lose all sensitivity to touch, hereby giving you complete control over your erections, simply by thinking erotic thoughts. Thus you may ejaculate multiple times a day, as many times as you desire & maintain an erection at all times.
Remember, a resilient penis is a uberpenis.
