On these round dead end street instead of parking bumper to bumper. Can you park your cars with hood facing sidewalk and your cars side by side? Cause you can fit 7-9 cars by parking dis way in oppose to 3 cars bumper to bumper. Who knows about this because I don't want homeowners association getting on my case. Is there a proper city ordinace for parking on street courts?

Most round street courts were designed to make parking difficult for a reason. They don't want you parked there. Ask the home owners association directly if you want the answer that will keep you out of trouble.

you have to park alongside the curb bumper to bumper unless specifically designated otherwise
