i am a morning person,like to be up and about at 6 in the morning,i love the freshness of the mornings. and go to sleep before midnight.

Both. I stay up really late at night and wake up really early in the morning. I can't help it. I do it automatically because of my puppy. And then I can't get back to sleep. I have bags under my eyes. :(
