My guess is you have clogged lymph glands from the deodorant that you use. I had a very similar thing when I used Mitchum. Switch to an all natural deodorant and put hot compresses on the area while you are relaxing to help the circulation. You should feel better in about a week or 2, if you are like me.
Peace!

They are probably blocked sweat pores/glands. they can get worse and you can end up with loads and I mean 20/30 or so, I went to hospital with a lump under my arm pit [thinking the worse] and any-way it turned out it was a blocked pore / sweat gland . I was offered a op to re-move it but ended up squeezing it. Don't do that though go to doc`s he may-be can give you some-thing to get rid of them. Could be just heat rash, maybe ingrowing hair yes visit doctor....

Do they feel like a blocked sweat gland by chance? Certain antiperspirants can do that to me, but it gets a bit red and swollen. I have to switch to a deodorant for a couple of days until it clears.

sounds like you've got infected pores, caused by a combination of sweat & anti-perspirant. They usually disappear after a few days, provided you wash them regularly. If you're particularly worried about them, go see your doctor. My husband gets them all the time - they usually disappear in about 3 days & he just uses soap & water on them.

if you are using some kind of deoderant can be that as when you sweat your pours open and the deoderant gets in that causes sore armpits.

Obviously, they are a worry to you. Soooo, see your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice. People on this site are not. Good luck.
