How do I get the poes in the Cave of Ordeals?

This is for the Zelda Twilight Princess Nintendo Wii version..is there something I need to get before I can find these poes...

There are 3 poes in the cave of ordeals. You should beat all of the dungeons before you go down there, I had all four bottles, one with a fairy, one with Rare Chu Jelly, one with a Blue Potion, and the last with Great Fairy's Tears. In order to advance, you need the Spinner on level 11, the Ball and Chain on level 21, and the Double Clawshots on level 31 (I think for that level, it may be 41). The poes are on three of the levels, simply transform and kill them like normal.

PS It should always be your custom to scope out the area with your senses before you go to the next level, since the only way you'll get hearts in the cave is to dig for them in some levels.

You don't need anything special to get the poes; only the ability to change from Wolf Link to Human Link at will. The biggest problem with getting all the poes is that in order to get the last one (on Floor 44), you need to be well-prepared enough to fight your way all the way down there and survive. The hardest part is getting to them.

What the others said, plus you need the specific items like ball and chain, spinner, etc. It would be a good idea to get all four bottles to fill with blue chu jelly and fairies: trust me, you'll need them!
