Not much since they are not very "pleasant to eat". I highly doubt that a boa constrictor will eat these in the wild as that boa isn't found in Madagascar ... Here's a link to snakes of Madagascar http://www.wildmadagascar.org/wildlife/snakes.html there are quite a few but the tomato frog has a a few tricks up its sleeve so to say. First of all it's toxic, second when caught by a predator it secretes a substance that looks like glue and is very sticky, not pleasant in to have in the mouth and is also long lasting so the predator will have that awful substance in it's mouth for a few days. Maybe some other types of predator (maybe one of the Eupleridae, looks like a civet) would try but in the end they'd get a mouthful of glue. There are probably some raptors that go after them but there's very little info their possible role as predators of the frog.
