Men in general have issues about approaching women. Color has nothing to do with it. They have a fear of rejection and I don't blame them with all the expectations women put on them. Just because one set of people are more vocal than the other doesn't mean they have more sense. Yes men look and grin and whistle and comment. This does not mean they necessarily want to get in your pants. There was a time when men approached us and dealt with the drama. Now they have choices. Most men are like women... they draw their own conclusions about who they want to be involved with. If he can't take you home to Mom... you ain't the one. Don't matter if your Black or White.

If it is your first time, save it much less costly and lightweight and get the basics. I recommend right here: CoverGirl Smoothers SPF 15 Tinted Moisturizer (be conscious this throughout your face when you wash and dry your face. this is going to moisturize your skin or perhaps out your skin tone without finding like too lots makeup) NYC Pressed Face Powder (Powder your face gently after employing the above) moist n' Wild colour Icon Eyeshadow Palette in arrogance (This has your common independent colorings and maximum, if no longer all colorings will artwork on absolutely everyone). Revlon eyelash curler (Use this to curve your lashes) L'Oreal Voluminous mascara in black (be conscious this after curling your lashes) status water-resistant eyeliner (this is elective. Eyeliner might nicely be too dramatic for first time makeup wearers. you are able to artwork your way as much as donning eyeliner). moist n' Wild Blush (they have sturdy starter blushes to attempt. Brush it gently on the apples of your cheeks.)

Haha, interesting question.
It's not so much a person's race, but the environment they grew up in, that's causing these differences. I've met black men who act just like these white guys do, but usually it's because they were raised in the same type of environment. It's a cultural thing.

You are confusing aggressiveness with confidence, my dear. A lot of our males do not feel they need to be gentlemen, as all they want to do is score for a one night stand.
Besides, the White guys might only be trying to be nice, and are flirting with no downstairs business in mind.

doesn't seem like a confidence issue, it does sound like a manners issue. Maybe the white guys don't want to harass you.
