You can't. If you're a teen, it will probably grow on its own for a few years yet. But its mature size is determined by genes, and NOTHING you do will make it longer or thicker. It's not a muscle, so exercise does not cause it to expand. It's as hopeless as trying to get a longer big toe. You get what you get.

But the good news is that SIZE DOES NOT MATTER to anyone but teen boys. Women find the whole topic incredibly boring. If an erect penis is at least 2" long, it can work just fine sexually. The only time women care about size is if it's so huge that it hurts them; that can be a relationship breaker. So stop worrying about your penis and work on becoming an all-around nice person to be with.
