If I was living my life the way I want, I would be in heaven right now, because that would be a miracle for me to do. well one reason why It would be a miracle for me is because I have an 11-month old daughter, but my mother is acting like she is hers. Also If your wondering, I'm 18 and a half and I'm still living with my mother. I'm moving out as soon as I get out of High School, which I'm in my Junior Year.

I wouldnt be in a small dinky economically depressed town in the NE, I would be in a nicer suburban area in the NE with alot more money.
Then I would be free to get my degree in business, then get my r.e. license. I would buy up some of these buildings I am seeing in Pittsburgh PA and Buffalo NY and I would rehab them, and rent them out to people who are on the same boat I am in now. My rents would be reasonable and my tenants would actually feel safe, secure and comfortable living in my buildings. I would also encourage them to save money (they could with my reasonable rents) to eventually buy their own homes if they wanted.
Now I have to saddle up the old mare and get down to the DeerButt and Pizza convenience store to get me a Powerball ticket...

I would definitely not be sitting at this computer right now in this boring office with these annoying bosses. I would have to be my own boss. Id be so much happier. In general, I would be living life to the fullest.

I would have tried to work a little longer and put what was there into RRSP's or
something. We just never had the money to do it as something always needed
paying.
