The amount of semen really has nothing to do with the quanity of sperm. Just in case you do not know, there is a difference between semen and sperm. To get the sperm count back to normal takes about 48 hrs in the average male.
If you are concerned about the volume of semen, wait 2-3 days. The amount isn't really impressive; it's just a bigger mess to clean up.

To get the most semen, it is recommended that a man waits 72 hrs between ejaculations. Now to be able to ejaculate again, usually that is only 15 minutes. The amount will be ways less than before though.

To get the most semen, probably a few days, but making your arousal last as long as possible generates more semen, too, like an hour or more, or several hours. Why do you want more semen? I don't know if you necessarily get more sperm cells if you wait, just more volume of semen.

Your body makes what it makes, you will not notice an excessive amount more coming out just from waiting.
The amount of semen does in no way determine the man.
A man is not more of a man because he has more semen or a bigger penis, he is a man because of his character, convictions, morals, standards, ability to love and be kind and honest with his feelings and secure with himself!

Are you kidding me!?! Some guys will do it more than 3 times a day. No really. Just be careful. Some guys masterbate so much, they can't go near a real woman with out having problems. You've seen "American Pie", right!?! That's the kind of reaction some guys can have if they do it tooooo much.

why not check at a fertility clinic? cuz I can't think why else sperm count is an issue... sheer volume doesn't take anywhere near that long!
