Thank you so much about your answerabsolutroot's,also I have respect to all of your answer especially that guy who said I need to learn to speak English actually he opened new way to my life ,he had shown some thing different, he gave his advice to me thank you so much

no, it is not a criminal act to hide your ip address. The best way to do this is to go through an anonymizer site, or through a proxy server. Go to anonymizer.com for more info.

And for the guy who said he needs to learn to speak english-- he is trying. He did not post spanish or german. Learn to be considerate of foreign people.
