Cocaine and Bananas. (just kidding)
Seriously though, you should try taking a hot shower (it raises your body temperature and makes you more awake). I hate that feeling when you wake up from a long nap, and it'll likely stay with you until you go to sleep again, but you can minimize it by drinking some coffee, or my favorite way to wake up: going outside. Exposing your eyes to direct sunlight (providing it's still light outside, if not, go anyway) helps wake you up and makes your body realize that it's not time to go to sleep yet. Hopefully these tips will help a little :)

I hate those blank moments, it's like the brain cells forget to wake up with the rest of you. I usually just sit quietly until until everything manages to catches up with each other.

you probably went into a deep sleep - you probably needed it. Aww hin get back under that duvet, it's the only way you'll feel better - listen to your body, it's knackered. failing that, a good meal and cup of coffee may help
