You need a primer, not a certain type of foundation or powder. I can relate, I have very oily skin, but, foundation gets melted off, and powdering over your oily skin only makes your face worse.
Primer covers all the lines and rough areas and smooths out your face. When you apply foundation, it goes on smoothly, and the primer will hold the foundation in place. You might powder your face once or twice, but, your make-up won't melt off. I use Smashbox PhotoFinish Primer. It does miracles.
In addition, what type of skincare products do you use? You might want to try to get something that will stop your face from getting oily quickly. I use ProActiv to control the oily face. It does work. Primer and ProActiv, every girl should have these items!

try Bare Minerals i have heard that you get maximum coverage without the heaviness of some foundations. And personally i would stick to powdered foundations due to your oily skin
