Yep that same thing happens to me almost every Monday. It's the first day of the week and I feel like I will never make it through the workweek to the weekend. What I do to snap out of it is either cook my favorite meal for dinner, listen to my favorite album, or watch a good movie and go to bed early. Try to relax your mind and only focus on things in the near future, not the distant future. Feel better soon!

Negative moods have a weekly pattern. People feel bad at the beginning of the week and their mood usually improves later in the week. The best mood is usually experienced just before the weekend, because of anticipation of the weekend.
You probably feel just like most people.
I'm not in such a great mood myself.

Go with the flow and start writing some poetry. I know that a lot of poetry and song writers simply use their blue time to explore. It's normal to feel a little blue sometimes. Don't stress about it. Just realize that it's a part of you.

take some time and process yourself, you'll be able to figure out the problem and decide what to do about it..spend some time on some other things and you'll figure something out, it'll go away with time, if it last to long, if you feel you are always depressed get some help.

We have all been there.
When I get down, I do something...anything... constructive. Example: I ride my exercise bike, take the dog for a walk, do the laundry.
Hope you feel better soon.

it happens to me all the time, just do something else for a little while, or put on a good game (i.e. final fantasy xii, suikoden v, something you can get immersed into and just leave the world and worried behind)

Yeah it happens from time to time. I like to just watch tv or do something by myself. I think it is your body's way of telling yourself you need some time alone.
