(He is the Quick Kill also his Special attack is super Powerful)
(He withstood a battle against a lvl. 100 Wailrien for 5 turns of being pummeled.)

( Pretty Powerful Special Attack so most hits Pretty Strong and is Elementally Powerful

All in all not a bad team, but it could be more balanced (I like to have all my team members within 2 levels of each other). Pretty much the only ones I would ditch would be Roselia because of its prominent weakness to THREE popular types (Fire, Flying, Ice) and Azumarill, simply because while it gets all right stats, it never gets amazing stats like some other SURFers like Wailord. AND it's weak to popular types grass and electric. Also, you should consider that you don't necessarily need a water-type to be a SURFer; some other non-water-types can also learn it.
Also I would get a Psychic somewhere in there, or at least something that can use either Psybeam or Psychic. Dark is good to have too. Basically just remember that your Pokemon's type does not always have to match the types of its moves. Try to vary the types of your team's attacks more than the actual pokemon's types.
