I need to know if I can call “Assembling manual” the manual where I describe how to mount the machines we produce. (I guess “Instruction manual” would be the best choice but I cannot use these words because my company calls “Instruction manual” the Maintenance manual). Thanks!

"Mounting Instructions", "Assembly Instructions" or "Assembly Guide" is probably best if it's only a leaflet or a couple of pages,
"User Manual", "User Guide", if its a bit longer than that or
if it's really long and full of details with an index and everything then maybe, "Technical Manual" would be better.
anything with "assembling" in the title is definitely not right !!

Assembly Manual is probably a better use of English

"Assembly Instructions" would be better English. "Assembly Manual" would also be acceptable, but more appropriate for a thick booklet than a few short pages.

I think that "Assembly Manual" would be better than "Assembling Manual".
