in your case I would like just change your hours to accommodate you. in other cases...I would smear poop on the steering wheel!

Well to lock the doors. My grandma says back in the days they would look up the doors of the church and anyone late for mass could not enter.

My granddaughter is always late, now with a 2 year old daughter she's even later, but, I'd rather wait and spend time with her then not see her. I just learned to accept it, It's not worth worrying about. She's worth the wait, the whole family jokes about it, they say, wait for boomer, wait for boomer, always wait for boomer, but like I said, she's worth it. Your friends probably are too.

If they are late for say.... 15 minutes then make them take their breaks and lunch 15 minutes late and then make them get of of work for the day 15 minutes late. Do this enough it should cure them !!!!!

At my job we just deduct from the person's paycheck. That person shows up early after that.
