I know how to do the form, but I just want that when people click submit it doesn't prompt Outlook or any other mail program. Please,help..

If you create a form for users to fill in, when they click submit the response they give is sent direct to the specified email address without Outlook or any other email program running.
In the Action field of the Properties inspector you simply add the email address to which the form is to be submitted using 'mailto:', e.g., 'mailto:yourname@yourisp.com'
