Well, a few things are possible. One thing may be that since you stopped taking birth control, your body needs to get back to its natural cycle and that can take a few months sometimes. A lot of women have problems resuming their cycles after going off of birth control. Another possibility is that you may not be ovulating, which could also be due to the fact that you have gone off of birth control recently. Did you have regular cycles before you went on birth control? That may give you some clue as to what may be happening. I would suggest after this many months of no period that you make an appointment with your ob/gyn. At least that way you can find out if everything is functioning the way it should be and if there are any problems you can fix them. If you are trying to get pregnant, then it would be a very wise decision to go to your ob/gyn anyways before trying to conceive. I hope this helps and good luck with everything!

Perhaps you caught lightning in a bottle and got pregnant right away. But if multiple hpt's have given you a negative result, you could still be pregnant by receiving a false-positive. Make an appointment with your doctor. They can do a blood test and tell you for sure whether you're pregnant or not. If your not, talk to him/her about your irregular periods and they may decide to put you back on a low dose birth control to get you regular again. Also if you're exercising more and changing your diet, that could throw off your period. I got pregnant the month i came off the pill. I found out when i was 5 months since i had no symptoms. Everythings ok, but its better to find out sooner rather than later.

Sometimes after you've taken any type of hormonal contraceptive it takes a while for your menstrual cycle to regulate. Give it a few months to get back to normal. If you're really concerned, make an appt with your Gynocologist.

Instead of waiting to "show" go see a doctor and find out. There could be other things wrong.
