My ring was purchased in July of 2006 and is still under warranty. Is there a way to get my diamond replaced and my ring fixed or am I just out of luck on this one?

I would imagine that you are out of luck on a warranty.

If a business is not still operating, then a warranty is worthless.

Take the ring to a reputable jeweler and ask them what it would cost to match and replace a diamond. Perhaps it won't be too much. Good luck

good question..you would have to make some phone calls and look into it. call around see what information you can get...or look on the interent. You should not have to pay if your still under warranty even though the company went out of business..at least I would think you shouldn't.

you could probably just bring it to any jewelry repair shop or store and they could fix it for you, you don't really have to go back to the place you bought it iat
