The Bush Administration is in so much political turmoil at the moment a double rainbow isn't enough colors to get him out of hot water. There are enough real threats now that the fear meter can stay put for a while.

I think for mental health, they keep us on high all the time.........that way our attention is on something else other than the real things going on behind the curtain.
