Haha... small world... you must be in my sister's class. That's her prom theme... she just told me about it.
Definately consider some of the songs from the movies.

Tina Turner's Goldeneye is decent. Definitely not Madonna's Die Another Day. I'm partial though, to Garbage's The World Is Not Enough. For fun, look up The Juvenile by Ace Of Base. Yeah, I know, but they were going to do the Goldeneye theme before their record company decided to pull out. They redid the song and released it in 2002 on their album Da Capo as The Juvenile, and it still has a great Bond feel to it.

go on lime wire and do a search for bond or somthing
what are you talking about you cant choose 007 and not have a bond song it's like choosing star wars and not having the theme from that play at one point or another and not to mention not having a wookie!

You could start with the theme songs from those two Bond films. If not, listen to themes from other Bond films. There just may be something that'll "catch" your ears.

For a prom, I think you could not do better than "All Time High" by Rita Coolidge. It was the theme to Octopussy, and would really fit the theme.
