How do you do your eye makeup?

Question

I'm trying to find new ways to do my eye make up. I hate always having the same "look" and I want to find a new way to do my eye make-up. Any suggestions?

What I think looks good:
Putting a layer of liquid eyeliner around the eye - can also look good with glitter like:

Also liquid eyeliner along the ridge of the eye and underneath as well as over (never in the eye) to make them look bigger like:

Also you could try putting either grey or black kohl pencil around the eye and smudge slightly. Smudge more for a smokier look. Then on the ridge of the eyelashes put liquid eyeliner which gives a more dramatic effect. Also you could try experimenting with where you start putting the eye liner from. ATM I think it looks quite good from like 1/4 of the way from the inside corner of the eye.

OK I usually use about three or four colors on my eyes...here is how I do it. If I am going out then I Will use a gold on my lids and a nice neutral color on my brow bone up to my eyebrows. then I use a chocolate on the brow bone, then I use a little bit of black on the outer corner of my eyes below the chocolate brown with a dark brown or black eyeliner depends on what I am wearing....this looks totally awesome, and can be done with pinks, purples, blues, whatever...for St Patty's day I used a yellow green instead of the gold and a blue green on the inner part of my brow bone with a chocolate on the outer brow bone and a blue on the inner corner with a white where the nice neutral color would usually be with a green eyeliner and glitter liquid liner on top. Go wild and try that it looks totally awesome, people always always complement me when I do my makeup that way....by the way go neutral on the lips cause then that will be way over the top!

What i do is wear black eyeliner that rims my whole bottom lid. Pending on what color of shirt i am wearing, is the color/colors of shadow i would wear. For example: I would wear a black shirt. Than i would line my eyes with a black pencil eyeliner. Also, i would wear black eyeshadow on the lid, a silver/gray on the crease, the a shimmer white that doesn't stand out too much. Pending on what color you choose to wear that day, that would be the order i would go in. You can also just do you lid and crease of you eye. Wear mascara to, it makes a look you can wear any day and it's always different, 'cuz your always changing the colors! You can change the color of you eyeliner too. Oh, and adding a bit of clear gloss or sparkle gloss will also finish off your look for complete and wonderful look!!

Smokey eye:
Black eyeliner
White eyeshadow
eyeliner all over the lid then apply the white on up of it and blend in well
line your lids with the black eyeliner and add 4 coats of black mascara

Okay this is really wierd but I do my eyes half and half!!!!!!! Like okay.... Dark blue on the right side of my eyelid and one shade lighter as the left! I know it sounds REALLY strange but just try it and ya never know! Let me know what u think of my idea! cb (comment back)

lets say your wearing blue jeans and a white t-shirt, put a light eyeshadow on then do your eyeliner (liquid)and on top of your eyeliner put a dark blue color then put a lighter blue on your dark one up towers your eyebrow do your eyeliner on the bottom to and put a small line of dark blue eyeshadow on. that's called smoke eyes.

i like 2 use brown mascara 4 the color (cuz my eyelashes r blond) + then use light black eyeliner, then gold eye shadow just above the lashes

i curl my eyelashes and apply mascara.
then i use a light pink eyeshadow.
then i use a black eyeliner.
& put a light pink lipgloss on.
