Who are Locke and Demosthenes ( not from Enders Game!!)...any web pages bout them?

Anyone know? I have to get research on them but I can't find any........any help?? Any web pages on them?

Locke refers to John Locke from the 17th century who influenced our very own history with his views about how a government gets its power from the power of the people and the natural rights people are born with.

Demonsthenes is a Greek philosopher from the 4th century BC. He was a great orator, and wrote many pieces about politics of his day.
