if there is topless pictures of girls and it says the f word in a movie, it could still be PG-13.
i watched swing kids in school and it had both of them and it's PG-13

Yes, because it is Parental Guidance.. so your parents decide whether or not you can see it.

yeah it is ppl could be butt naked and the film will still be pg-13 lol
