Nobody knows on Yahoo ANswers, like the first answer said.
Ask her to just go to a doctor or take a pregnancy test.
That red dot could mean about anything.

No one on Yahoo Answers knows. If you think she may be pregnant, which she may be, since you had unprotected sex, then have her take a pregnancy test when her period is due.
