Once you become sexually active it will mean that you have a more pleasurable sex life than the guys who have been cut. Circumcision is rare outside the United States, Israel, and the Arab world. About 85% of the men in the world are NOT circumcised. If having a foreskin were a problem, then the practice of cutting would be more common around the world. Did you know that 90% of women prefer men who have not been cut? It's true. http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html

Your foreskin protects the head of your penis (the glans) and keeps it sensitive and silky, ready to give your lots of pleasure. And the foreskin itself is loaded with nerve endings, too, adding still more to the pleasure. So, yeah, it matters -- you're one lucky dude!

I'm assuming you're male (female circumcision is an entirely different matter)

In what context are you looking at it to matter?

For health reasons, there's a slightly higher incidence of some urinary tract infections, but so long as you practice good hygiene, you shouldn't have problems.

For sexual performance reasons (ie, later in life with your spouse), there should be no dysfunction. Bear in mind that the human race procreated before circumcision was practiced.

For religious reasons, that depends on your conscience, although I can tell you that (if you follow a Christian faith) there is ample evidence in the epistles that circumcision is not necessary for salvation or participation in the life of the church. Paul had Timothy circumcised (at age 18!) partly to appease the judaizers, but did remark that it was not necessary.

If you are having any sort of pain, urinary dysfunction, or other concern, talk with a doctor. It may be related to the presence of the foreskin or could be another matter entirely.

Matter for what?

Be glad your parents had the good sense to leave your body intact. You were born with a foreskin for a reason.

Practice good hygeine and safe sex, just like any other man, and it doesn't matter at all. As a matter of fact, it's better that way since it's how your body was made.

"Erick's" answer is ridiculous, why might it make any difference to him which you have an entire penis? in keeping with risk he would not desire others to have a greater effective penis than he does!! you have an unmutilated penis, an entire one, the way that a guy is meant to be. many of the adult males in the international have not been mutilated with the help of circumcision. very few adult males ever rather % to be circumcised, this is merely approximately consistently forced on them as little ones. i replace into mutilated with the help of circumcision as an toddler, and suffered greater suitable than the first loss of sexual sensitivity and did no longer be attentive to what replace into incorrect with me for years. i ultimately found out approximately foreskin restore, and function carried out massively more suitable sensitivity and overall performance with my new foreskin, and orgasms have become much greater severe than I ever knew. many females people like a guy with a foreskin, as they discover an entire penis with "shifting areas," greater exciting and exciting, and the exterior texture is a lot greater comfortable. this is the way guy is meant to be, no longer scarred, mutilated and partial because of the fact of surgical alteration. Circumcsion is the worst hoax ever perpetrated on the male intercourse. A foreskin isn't a beginning illness; it rather is a birthright. ERIC

You were probably born outside the US? But anyway, no, it's not bad, but make sure to keep it clean, b/c it could make it prone for bacteria to get stuck, leading to infection. Other than that, I guess the skin can protect it more.
