I believe so, but there is no way to really prove it. I mean, I love animals, but when I cuddle up with my "mini" German Shepard and he kicks and twitches, it kills me! He he.

absolutely. it has been proven that mammals can have dreams. Invertibrates or reptiles I doubt, as they wouldn't have the mental capacity.

Yes! I see my dog have them all the time. He will ruff and bark while sleeping.

i think they do. my cat sometimes twitches or wakes up like hes scared or claws like he's trying to catch something.
