I want to know if anyone knows of a good free site for iPod videos and/or podcasts for T.V shows mostly.

Podcast you can get free from iTunes Music Store.
But there's no free iPod videos, but if you like, if you have tv shows on your computer use Videora iPod Converter (download it from this site: www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/iPod/) to convert your shows to iPod video

Yahoo has everything including a section for downloading podcasts. Once you are there type in what interests you in search and you will recieve tons of programs.

well you just have to go to the websites that intrest you for podcast and you can download them.
