Being a pyro is off to begin with.
If you enjoy sending toxic waste into the environment, dangering your health and those around you by forcing toxic matter into your respiratory system and theirs then you have a big problem.
So not it is not safe on so so many levels.
Use your free time to do something constructive not destructive.
You should look for a special interest group that shows the positive effective of pyrotechnics.
It might be a fascinating career choice for you.
No need to be a pyromaniac and risk harm to yourself and others.
