You are probably allowing your blood sugar levels to get too low in the afternoon, which gives you a headache. Or you might be dehydrated.
Try having a snack at around 3pm, and drinking a glass of water.
Also try having a lunch that raises your blood sugar less - if it goes up high, it will plummet low again, which can cause headaches. Have a low GI lunch - do a net search if you don't know much about GI.

Might be hunger. I get headaches whenever I don't eat enough Are you skimping on lunch? Or if it's after tea, the caffeine in the tea might be doing it.

This sounds like stress to me. What time do you leave work, around 5 perhaps?

Although, if you are concerned, please speak to your doctor.
