In the main computer where the printer is installed, just go to the Printer folder inside of Control Panel. Right click your All in one printer and then Click Sharing. Click on Share this printer in the window that opens and then hit OK.

Get the IP address of your computer, go to Start, Run, type "cmd" enter, type "ipconfig" enter. Write down where it says "Local Area Connection" IP address: "numbers with dots". After this, move to the computer without a printer.

In the other computer, go to Start, Run, type "\\ipaddress\" where ipaddress are the numbers of the 1st computer. When a windows opens asking for a user name and password input those credentials from your computer. If it doesn't ask it will be even better. Now with this command you will open a folder and the printer will be there. Double click the printer and now the 2nd computer will be able to use it.

BTW, both computers have to be in the same WORKGROUP. to check this: Right click My Computer icon on the desktop, go to properties, Computer name tab. There you can see the WORKGROUP name and even change it.

There are two ways. You can share it out on the computer that it's attached to. Right click on the printer icon in the printers and faxes window (on the start menu). Select sharing and then "share this printer". Then any other computer on your network can access it. You'll have to go to network neighborhood on the pc you want to access it from and navigate to the printer icon and then double click. You will automatically be prompted to install the drivers. You may need the original driver cd or d/l them from the Internet. The host computer must always be on in order to print in this method.

The second way is to use a print server a small box that plugs into your network. Some routers have printer servers built in. In this scenario the printer acts like any other device on your netowrk. Installation instructions vary with the print server. Print servers cost ~30-70 dollars depending on if they are on sale. This is the most convenient because it is always available and not dependant on another computer being turned on.

the question is not clear. do you want to access it only from your home network, or do you want to access it from other locations? Do you want to access it from a windows, mac, linux or other systems? Is it a network printer or does it need a server?
There are many options.

Assuming you have a windows (NT/XP/Vista) computers with a windows network and a direct-attached (USB/Parallel) printer which is already defined on one computer in your home network, all you need to do one that computer (which will become the printer server) is to enable sharing and to share that printer with some name (say "Printer1". Then on other computers in your network you need to browse for "Printer1" and install it. That's all.

A network printer is best because if the printer is connected a computer then you need the computer on to play. But if you have a network printer just the printer needs to be on.
