Help with msn?
every night at midnight my msn messenger will log off and log back on again. Why does this happen and does it happen to others too?

my computer doesn't shut down and neither does the internet, just msn, logs off then back on. As I'm talking to my hubby in the US at that time it's so annoying

This is most likely when Microsoft maintain their servers by shutting them off and servicing them, and then rebooting them. It would have to be done every day due to the large amount of people using msn each day.

Msn might do it because that way people don't hack into other's accounts.

no its never happened to me,try using yahoo messenger instead as you may not get that problem

Yea, it happens to me all the time and drives me nuts. Don't know of anything you can do to stop it though.
