No jokes because I know how tempting phrases like these are. What do you admire about a well rounded character?

I consider a well-rounded person one who doesn't necessarily know a lot about everything, but has enough natural curiosity to want to listen to and learn about things he or she doesn't know. He or she should have basic cultural knowledge, like know of major painters, composers, literary works, historical events, and important figures like world leaders and scientists. The abilities don't matter too much, but he or she should be competent. I respect people who love to learn and are secure enough to admit he or she doesn't know something but is interested in learning about it.

It's a pretty broad question you're asking here, but I'll try to narrow it down. To ME, a well rounded person is the best kind of person. They have the ability to see things from all angles. Being able to consider different points of view is what makes people wise.

Well rounded people also make great conversationists because they can talk about more things than, say, a narrow minded ignorant person who is only knowlegeable about a few things in their own small world.

Pretty much I feel like a well rounded person can continue to be himself while fitting in to any situation. He must have a command of the English (or his primary) language. They have the ability to reason answers in subjects that they lack actual knowledge, but have been versed in many subjects.

I respect them because they are not dumb, they tend to accept personal responsibility, don't blame shift, take charge and make actions happen.

I respect a person with a good amount of diplomacy, or tact as it's called, who can make a point without making an enemy. A person who has a broad knowledge of a few subjects, instead of just a little knowledge of many. I respect a person who will share his abilities with someone, rather then gloating.

hi, a person that gets along well with anyone, adjusts, reacts well and accept to changes, able to like and take or able to listen to music from classical to metal rock, to name a few of the abilities. in short you can put this person to the year 1400 to the future and the person is still livable. and because of this you respect and admire the person.
