after losing all my work on my pc by not making A back up disc i now find that ive also lost my cd key for my office 2003 disc wot can i do ????

You can download Open Office, a free and totally compatible open source alternative to Microsoft Office. It is availble here:

You can call Microsoft to get a replacement product key if you have the following:
• The product CD-ROM.
• The computer that you want to install Office to.
• The readable parts of your original product key (if available).
• The ProductID information in the Microsoft Windows Registry.

Don't use an illegal key. You will be unable to update Office and leave yourself open to vulnerabilities which have been patched since the original release.
Either contact Microsoft and explain your situation or try OpenOffice.

Contact microsoft, they issue the product keys.
