Spice Girls are far better than G/A. They are contractually obliged to release a 4th album because of their record deal. They have never officially called it a day. I think they should have done live8, when they had all the press attention, released a greatest its cd and maybe have doe a behind the scenes documentary. Then go their seperate ways. They were like a whirl wind, so much hype and loads of fans, I don't think they would ever be able to recreate hat much attention cos the music industry and taste have changed. If they were to come back now with nw material they'd have a hard time. Look at the All Saints! They've ben dropped by the record compny already. If they did a come back, they'd have to pull out all the stops to sell sell sell.
On the other hand if they reformed and recorded new material to tour along with a greates his album, like Take That they may do well. They've lost the image tho. I can't see Mel C donning her old attire to relive her youth now that she is a huge success in Europe. Victoria may not want to jeppodise her new Hollywood A list friends and cause imbarresment to the Beckham brand. The oher 3 dont really have anything to loose. I rekon they shud ive it a go regardless. Be good to see somr positive unadulterated pop music in the charts. Its far to straight laced, or bad boy rapper now. We need some decent melodic, fun upbeat music and mayb the Spice Girls are the ones to provide it?

Spice Girls maybe history but they're still the only girl band to make millions... even Destiny Child couldn't hit their jackpot. Girls Aloud are just another girl band that will never make it far as Spice Gilrs did.
Comeback tour I don't think I would go, I prefer all 5 of them...young, I'm pass my Spice girls days its all about the indie music of today like The Strokes or Kaiser Chiefs.

i used to love the spice girls i still listen to there music and sing along. lol. and i really do want a comeback tour i would go to every performance!!

Spice Girls - more original and unique, plus at least more than one band member could actually sing well. Also, they spread a postitive message to women with the whole 'girl power' thing as well; as having all the lads fancying them.
Girls Aloud are just puppets who have no personality, no singing talent (apart from Nadine) and their styling caters more to fulfilling male fantasies than it does to inspiring women at the same time.
