I think I might have to say Sharon is a bit better, although I love both of the singers to death! I'll probably slap myself in the face with a slab of roast beef tomorrow for picking Sharon over Amy, but as for right now... XP

Sharon. Definately. Although Call Me When You're Sober is good,, I still prefer Sharon, and Within Temptation.
However, better than both of those IMO, is Cristina Scabbia, of Lacuna Coil.

Between those two, I like Within Temptation/Sharon's voice best.. but my favorite and the one that I think has the best voice is the lead singer from Nightwish, Tarja Turunen. (-:
I also think Lisa, from the band Xandria, has a beautiful voice.
