IPOD, includes the no CD?

Question

I've got a new IPOD, 60GB.

It doesn't include the CD (None do anymore), but Apple.com says I just need to download the latest version of iTunes - which I have (7.1). But iTunes doesn't show any devices... I was told all I needed was the latest version of iTunes, which I just downloaded, but the IPOD still doesn't work. Any ideas?

go to the website and look at the very tiny words at the bottom . it will say contact us and click it. you can contact the ipod by email address or call on the phone if you need help.
