shop for a pinkish powder that is simaler to your hair color--or better yet, look for an eyeliner pencil of the same color (they are easier to apply, I think)

I have the same problem but there are a few ways to resolve this.
Firstly you could get an eyebrow pencil, in a lightish brown colour, you dont want them to look to dark as it will look too silly against your hair colour.
Secondly, and this is my preferred method, you can just brush some light brown eyeshadow in them, it looks much more natural than pencil, and you have a wide variety of colours aswell.

Check out Bare Escentuals. You can buy it at Sephora. It is a loose eyebrow powder you apply with a fine tipped brush(you can also buy there). A drawn in pencil line can look harsh so this powder is great. Check out the link below..you should probably go with the pale/ash blonde.

Go to a professional and have them died or find a make up consultant that can advice you and find you a great eyebrow pencil that works well with your hair color and skin tone.

ahh, i have that problem and absolutely hate it. i use brown eyeliner and softly go over my eyebrows, and then to make sure its not clumped anywhere i go over that with my finger...works pretty well for me...
