Because, contrary to popular belief, babies do not grow in a cabbage patch nor are they airlifted by a large bird. The circle of life my friend. Carrying, birthing, and nurturing a baby are some of the greatest things in this world. Besides, I agree with one of the other answers, men are too scared!

Women give birth because us men can't the reason that is because we have penis and it isn't possible for a baby to come out of a penis.. but womens have -vachinas- exscuse me if i spelled that wrong) anyways... they have an open area were the baby will be able to come out kk :) bye

Because men suck and they aren't any good at anything so what makes a man think that he is (wo)man enough to have a baby...
and the women have the equpment to do it anyway...
but mainly cuz guys are too much of whimps to stand up to the pain...of pushing person the size of a...well...small person out of their...lower areas...

Men are chicken they would not be able to handle the pain - and or the fact that they would have to carry all this "beautiful" weight around for 9 months.
