Most of my friends would be in the drunk tank instead. But I'd choose a coworker of mine that thinks he is a shooter. That would be priceless!

I would choose my neighbors. I would pay someone to force them into the chair. They already get enough free money from the government so I wouldn't want to waste money like that.
