is it compulsory for a naturalised citizen of United States of America has to serve the Army, Navy, or Air force or Police Department or any other Government's Department? can he live like an ordinary civilian? I am asking all this because some people are not capable enough to serve the government!

No, there is no cumpulsory government service of any kind for any US citizen including naturalized citizens. There are some people who have joined the military because doing so will speed up the naturalization process, but that is strictly their choice.

No. It's all volunteer, and some of the entrance requirements keep out people who wish to serve.

Thos of us who serve or have served like it that way.

No. That is why the military hasn't met it recruiting goals since. around....may 2003.
