How come people try to pass themselves off as better than you so they can give you advice or lectures on how to live? I know they are not perfect because no one is. So what gives them the right? Just curious..

I have this boss at one of the places I work at and he treats some of the employees with little or no respect. It's like his empoyees are beneath him.

All people are the same and no one is better than anyone else. Sounds to me your boss has perception issues. Maybe those he or she treats like that should all complain to the person in charge of him.

It's not a right per say but they 'feel' they can do this because of their ego. It is better for them to share an experience as a form of guidance if they really want to be taken seriously.

I so so agree with this. I don't know why but it really gets on my last nerve. I clicked on the star button because I can so relate. Like this man at my work. Man he bugs. I try to focus on my work but he makes is hard.
