Someone said now I should go to Pep Boys and buy and add "H and F" or may be HMF half quart costs $10.99 to make it normal. I wonder if my van is dammaged because it was done over 2 months period little bit at a time. Actual Leak is in solonoid above transmission pan I am not sure how to fix it cheeeeeply. Help me before I get Heart attack.

i wouldn't worry tooooooo much about one quart. However, transmission flushes are recommended every 30k so if it hasn't been done in awhile it would be a good idea. The solenoid just screws into the transmission and is a simple fix. Your local parts supplier should have the solenoid.

If it is the 3.0 engine with 3 speed automatic,get rid of it now.I put 5 transmissions in one in 6 years.Never again Chrysler,or Ford,and G.M. cars.Only Toyota,and 80s model Mercedes diesels for me.

you definetly need to get to a shop and have things checked out. that fluid ATF 4 is expensive, and chrysler wouldn't have used it if they didn't have to. you need that stuff in there because it doesn't have the same chemical properties as good old dexron. so have the transmission flushed. if you do this it will shift worlds better than it did before, and the mechanic can then determine how to repair your leak.

well you should maybe go to a car fixing place and tell them what happed the may tell you what to do or they might get it out for you
