I think they are. If you think it's bad here you should go over to polls & surveys they are crying over there. A lot of them have changed names and avatars to hide from the reporters.

Yep, I've had my questions removed for no reason, and when I appealed was just told to look at the rules.
I'm also sick of getting unjust violations. I'm now careful not to insult anyone, it just seems that some people can't take it when you tell the truth, and report you to get their own back. And I've never even put about hamsters & vaseline (wasn't that a Bowie lyric??).
It makes me almost want to give up on this site. I also agree with the person who wants the atheists out of Rel & Spir. Start your own 'We're Right' section! Likewise with carnivores in the Veg & Vegan, so tiresome.

Sounds like it may have been construed as anti gay with the use of gerbils Vaseline bum and plumber no doubt with a big plunger to hand? The mind boggles how someone could have taken offence.

I received my first violation today. I really don't get it.
I have seen answers in the mental health section that need to be removed but they never are. Does this just mean that no one has reported it?
I am assuming that my violation was reported by the asker. I checked today and the vast majority of his questions had been removed, probably because they were so crude.

If someone press the button(report abuse)then they take it off. They don't read it, how could they. There is Norman in the back office spends his days photo copying his private parts. Then there's Big Tina who spends most of her time, chasing the post boy. Then you have Larry, who looks for love in the gay and bicycle section. Finally Mr Yahoo, who just counts his money all day ...............

Probably, but if someone reports you and they find a legitimate violation, they have to delete it. They can't pick and choose which questions or answers are worse than others.

YES, they are far too uptight. But then remember, they had to completely close down the discussion boards because of abuse. Guess they're over compensating!
