Under zero (or near zero) gravity conditions muscles atrophy quickly (the progressive loss of muscle mass, or wasting, caused by reduction in the size or number of muscle cells), because the body perceives it does not need them.
However, the only place where zero gravity maybe possible is in deep space, where it is also theoretically possible to travel close to the speed of light. And when travelling at velocities of such great magnitude it is possible to undergo time dilation. Time dilation would mean that 1 earth year would be the equivalent of 1.34 years if travelling at the two thirds of the speed of light.

Sorry, but there is no such thing as a place with zero gravity. Furthermore, living one's whole life there is not possible. For example, would you want to eat anything. No, not possible, as anything that you would eat would exert gravity on you before eaten. Oops.

Astronauts are doing experiments to test that sort of thing.
I wouldn't think that we would do better in an environment different from the one we have evolved to live in.
Astronauts have to spend a lot of time exercising so that they don't lose their muscle tone and bone mass and become completely paralyzed when they return.

It`s a nice thought. At the moment gravity is taking over, everything is starting to sag....Oh! Oh!

What would happened to your body is called atrophy without using your muscles through gravity your whole body would fall to pieces and become useless you'd also die from this so you would live much much shorter, sorry. (see gravity is our friend!)
