What a coincidence! I'm 13 yrs too and I'd also like to be a therapist. I learned the hard way that being a therapist is to help people who are mentally weak and I hope that you've learned that it isn't just about "so how do you feel about that?" It depends on the amount of patients you get, whether you're well-known, and if you are good at this career. I believe you get paid real well!

Depends on what degree you get and where you're working. You generally make more in Metropolitan areas (LA, NYC, ATL, etc) If you get a PhD, or PsyD (both which make you clinical psychologist) you may make anywhere bet 60,000-100,000. Depending on where you work, how many clients you see. You can make more if you do research too.

Master's degree- around $50,000-$70-000.

Psychiatrist, who are M.Ds and can prescribe medications tend to make more, from about $115,000 -$250,000.

In addition to this, you could be a school counselor, college professor, both of which make good money too. It all a matter of where you are, what you do, and how much schooling you have. Good luck!
