A few friends and I are going to Florida from June 9-16 and were wondering how busy it gets around that time. Does anyone know?

Disney in June is a disaster. If you are going to go to the parks go in the afternoon when all the little kids and families are taking their breaks before they do their dinner before the home stretch of fireworks and parades. It will be overly crowded, so if you want to go on any rides wait until late. In the Magic Kingdom, the second the parade starts you can almost walk onto any ride in the park. The same goes for MGM and Epcot. If you aren't up for dealing with crowds then skip the parks and just hit Pleasure Island or The Boardwalk or whatever they call it this year at night. Usually a good crowd of people at the clubs. I always suggest the Adventurers Club because its usually not busy and the comedy shows are great.

June is one of the busiest times to go to Disney. A lot of schools get out at the end of May or they don't require school at the end, i.e. the last few days are basically "play days" where no real school work is done. Not quite as many people take their kids out of school the last few weeks because of finals and things, but sometimes schools will be done with or don't have finals, so it isn't a big problem. Also, a lot of schools let out in the first few days of June, so by the 9th, I think a good majority of schools will already be out.

June starts the summer season in Orlando, so it is going to be busy. However, it will not usually be as busy as it can be in July, and around holidays. You are going to have a lot of locals that are out of school and looking for something to do as well as a lot of people on vacation because school is over.

It is definitely going to be busy, but quite as bad as some of the other times of the month. If you aren't in school or don't have children in school, you may consider going during a season when school is still in. These are the least crowded months and also when the prices are the lowest.

VERY busy. i live in florida and go up to orlando about ever 6 months or every year and all the theme parks up there are super packed and busy at this time. schools let out at different times all around the country so by this time there's already plenty of people there. ooh and it'll be hot. get there early in the morning try from 9 am (when the park opens to 10:30 am because at these times alot of people are still having breakfast. take your breakfast to go or something at mcdonald's lol. make sure you take water with you and a hat and go in comfortable clothes and shoes. you'll be walking alot

It will be heavily crowded. I visited around that same time last summer and it was so crowded. So if you're staying at a Disney resort, take advantage of the extra magic hours, get fast pass ticket early and often and follow the golden rule of "work your way to the front." Try to start at the rear of the parks and work your way forward to avoid higher crowds. Have fun and drink lots of water!

While their busiest time is between 4th of July & Labor Day, remember that some schools get out at the end of May & many people take their kids out early to 'miss the crowds'. It won't be as bad as July, but use the Fast Pass at the big rides.

Very busy. It's normally crowded because it's a tourist attraction site but now that it's summer time, a lot of kids might go on vacation or end school early to go. So it might be pretty busy

Quite busy.... don't get there too late, because even if you have tickets, they will deny you entrance if they've already reached max
